Return policy

  1. Returns
    • We only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • Perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened or used perfume bottles.
    • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance, or final sale.
    • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  3. Refunds
    • If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or damaged item.
  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are available for the same product type in case of damage or a manufacturing defect.
    • If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
  5. How to Request a Return

2- Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Destinations
    • United Arab Emirates: All emirates.
    • GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar.
    • International: Selected countries (rates and availability displayed at checkout).
  2. Processing Time
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Delivery Timeframes
    • UAE: 1–3 business days.
    • GCC: 3–7 business days.
    • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, or public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.

Shipping Fees
• UAE: flat rate for smaller orders.
• GCC & International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can track your order online through our courier partner’s website.

Customs & Duties
• For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
